1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope
By accessing, subscribing to, or utilizing the Nova utility platform ("the Service"), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and operational policies set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Service.
The Service is provided strictly as a custom logic implementation and interface enhancement suite designed for optimizing your personal digital experiences. It is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use, and operates within the bounds of providing client-side utility adjustments.
2. License Grant & Usage Restrictions
Upon successful verification of your account, Nova grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to operate the software. This license explicitly forbids any actions that threaten the integrity of our intellectual property. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, proprietary algorithms, or structural framework of the software.
- Share, distribute, rent, sublease, or commercially resell your license key, authentication tokens, or dashboard access to any third party.
- Utilize the Service to facilitate denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, network degradation, or any malicious activity aimed at intentionally harming external infrastructures.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Nova platform without prior, written, executive consent.
3. Device Seat Allocation & Concurrency
To prevent unauthorized distribution and ensure account security, standard licenses are bound to a single designated workstation using cryptographically verified hardware profiles.
Attempts to circumvent device allocation through unauthorized multi-instance emulation or artificial identifier alternation will be flagged by automated security audits, resulting in immediate suspension of license privileges.
4. Subscriptions, Delivery & Refund Policy
Nova provides its premium utility features on a prepaid subscription basis. Due to the digital, immediately consumable, and proprietary nature of our software, all sales are considered absolute and final upon delivery.
We do not offer refunds, partial credits, or accept chargebacks once a license key has been generated and bound to your account. It remains your sole responsibility to ascertain your system's compatibility and ensure you possess the necessary technical prerequisites prior to finalizing any purchase.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service, including all associated modules, dashboards, and network interfaces, is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.
Nova makes no express or implied representations regarding the absolute uninterrupted availability of the services, the permanence of compatibility with evolving third-party environments, or the fitness of the software for any particular, undocumented purpose. You expressly agree that your usage of this platform is at your sole, unmitigated risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Nova, its directors, developers, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This includes, without limitation, data loss, interruptions, or administrative actions and policy enforcements enacted by third-party ecosystem operators. You acknowledge sole responsibility for verifying that your use of our utilities adheres to all applicable third-party platform terms, policies, and local regulations.
7. Termination & Service Modifications
Nova reserves the unequivocal right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, under our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. Such actions are typically reserved for severe breaches of this agreement, abusive behavior towards staff, or attempts to undermine our security architecture.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any point to reflect changes in our operational structure or legal obligations. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revisions constitutes your formal acceptance of the modified agreement.
