This End-User License Agreement is a formal legal contract between you (acting as an individual or entity) and Nova Inc. By finalizing a purchase, loading our hub, or running our utility software within your environment, you are accepting a conditional, revocable, and non-exclusive license to utilize the service.

You acknowledge that you are merely purchasing the right to access and use the software suite for its intended duration. You do not, under any circumstance, acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property, the source code, or the brand assets associated with Nova. All proprietary rights remain strictly vested with our organization.

To safeguard our network from unauthorized mass distribution, the license granted to you is explicitly restricted to a predefined number of physical hardware nodes (typically a single device, unless specified otherwise by a higher tier plan).

Any effort to circumvent our node verification systems—such as utilizing virtual machines, hardware spoofers, or tampering with the registry to mask your machine's true identity—constitutes a severe breach of this contract. Users are provided with a legitimate, dashboard-integrated mechanism for resetting their hardware bindings in the event of a legitimate PC upgrade or component replacement.

Nova is fully committed to maintaining a secure and professional ecosystem. We retain the unilateral right to permanently blacklist any user, discord identification, or hardware profile from our database without prior warning if a violation of this EULA is confirmed.

Involvement in the unauthorized distribution of our proprietary code, or engaging in severely toxic behavior that violates our community guidelines, will result in immediate global blacklisting. Furthermore, maintaining an active presence in our official communication channels is often required for real-time license validation; severing this link may result in automatic execution failure.
